Pendidikan minimal SMA/D3/S1
Memiliki pengalaman di Sample Room/Development/Production minimal 1 tahun
Memahami proses pembuatan sample sepatu dari awal hingga finishing.
Mampu membaca dan memahami sample specification, pattern, dan technical sheet.
Memiliki ketelitian tinggi dalam ukuran, bentuk, warna, material, dan detail sepatu.
Mampu menggunakan alat dan mesin pendukung pembuatan sample.
Mampu bekerja sesuai target, standar kualitas, dan deadline.
Mampu bekerja sama dengan tim Development, Pattern, Engineering, dan Production.
Memiliki kemampuan problem solving dan komunikasi yang baik.
Bersedia bekerja sesuai kebutuhan operasional perusahaan.
