Job description for Salesman Consumer Product OTC at PT Mensa Binasukses

Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

  1. Melaksanakan aktivitas penjualan sesuai target dan area yang ditentukan.
  2. Melakukan kunjungan rutin ke outlet sesuai jadwal (call plan).
  3. Melakukan follow up order melalui B2B, website, atau email (khusus Modern Trade).
  4. Mengelola penagihan dan memastikan setoran hasil penjualan sesuai prosedur.
  5. Membuat laporan harian penjualan dan kunjungan pelanggan.
  6. Menawarkan seluruh produk sesuai potensi outlet untuk meningkatkan penjualan.
  7. Menjaga hubungan baik dengan pelanggan dan principal.
  8. Memastikan ketersediaan produk di outlet agar tidak terjadi stock out.
  9. Mengembangkan pelanggan baru dan menjaga pelanggan aktif di area penjualan.

Kualifikasi:

  1. Pendidikan minimal S1 semua jurusan.
  2. Memiliki pengalaman sebagai Salesman di bidang distribusi Farmasi / Consumer Product / Alat Kesehatan minimal 1 tahun.
  3. Mampu berkomunikasi dan bernegosiasi dengan baik.
  4. Berorientasi pada target, gigih, dan memiliki motivasi tinggi.
  5. Mampu bekerja secara mobile dan mengatur waktu dengan baik.
  6. Menguasai Microsoft Office (Word & Excel).
