# Job Requirements – Salesforce Developer
- Minimum **2+ years of experience** as a Salesforce Developer, with a Middle to Senior-level skill set.
- Must hold a **valid Salesforce certification** (e.g., Salesforce Platform Developer I/II, Salesforce Administrator, or other relevant Salesforce certifications).
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce development, including **Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and SOQL/SOSL**.
- Experience with Salesforce configuration, customization, integration, and troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with REST/SOAP APIs and integration with external systems.
- Understanding of Salesforce security, data modeling, governor limits, and best practices.
- Experience working in the **banking or financial services industry** is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Willing to work **onsite in Jakarta**.
- Able to collaborate effectively with business stakeholders, technical teams, and other project members.
