SoftwareSeni is a Software Development Company based in Yogyakarta & Sydney, Australia. We have been designing and developing phone apps, websites, and mobile experiences. We love solving tough problems – from user experience to design and code.
We build enterprise web-based solutions for clients all over the world, from Australia, Indonesia, Europe, Africa, and America. Our clients from Indonesia: Astra International, Traveloka, Angkasa Pura, Peduli Anak Foundation. Our clients from Australia: Bike Exchange, Downsizing, Red Balloon, Sectara, and many more.

Requirements:
- Relevant Degrees (Associate Degree and/or Bachelor Degree)
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development, customization, or configuration.
- Experience configuring and customizing Salesforce functionality to support business requirements.
- Familiarity with Salesforce objects, fields, validation rules, flows, automation, data models, relationships, and business logic.
- Working knowledge of Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), or Visualforce is an advantage.
- Familiarity with APIs, system integrations, and data flows between Salesforce, ERP systems, websites, and middleware is a plus.
- Knowledge of CRM concepts and business processes, including lead-to-opportunity workflows and account and contact management.
- Experience with testing, debugging, and Salesforce deployment processes.
- Strong interest in developing Salesforce development and integration expertise, with a willingness to learn about multi-system environments and business processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented and systematic approach to development and system configuration.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Possess strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.
Responsibilities:
- Salesforce development: Develop and customize Salesforce functionality, including objects, fields, validation rules, flows, and automation.
- Custom development: Contribute to Salesforce custom development using technologies such as Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), or Visualforce, where applicable.
- Business logic: Implement CRM workflows, including lead-to-opportunity processes and account and contact management.
- Data management: Maintain Salesforce data models, relationships, and data integrity.
- System integrations: Develop and maintain API integrations between Salesforce and external systems, including ERP systems, websites, and middleware.
- Testing and debugging: Test and troubleshoot Salesforce functionality and integrations.
- Deployment and documentation: Support Salesforce deployments and maintain technical documentation.
