RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Identify and develop new customers for industrial salt and market segments.
2. Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and increase repeat orders.
3. Conduct direct visits and approaches to prospective customers.
4. Identify customer needs and offer suitable products and solutions.
5. Prepare and follow up on quotations, negotiations, and the closing process.
6. Achieve sales targets in accordance with established objectives.
7. Monitor competitor activities and market developments.
8. Coordinate with relevant teams regarding product availability, pricing, delivery, and customer requirements.
9. Prepare regular reports on sales activities and achievements.
10. Maintain customer satisfaction and ensure a smooth and effective sales process.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum High School/Vocational High School (SMA/SMK), Diploma (D3), or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in any field.
- Previous experience in Sales, particularly in industrial salt, industrial raw materials, or B2B products, is a strong advantage.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proven ability in direct selling and business development.
- Target-oriented with strong follow-up and customer management skills.
- Existing networks or experience selling to companies/industrial clients is an advantage.
- Willing to conduct mobile visits to meet customers.
- Own a personal vehicle and possess a valid driver’s license.
- Based in Bandar Lampung and surrounding areas.
