Job Description
PT Indo Bali Investasi, trading as Bali Building Solutions (BBS), is a company specializing in building materials, providing a wide range of construction products through our e-commerce platform.
We are looking for a Sales who is proactive, communicative, customer-focused, and motivated to achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads and engage with potential customers.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products and service..
- Handle customer inquiries, prepare quotations, negotiate, and follow up on potential sales.
- Assist customers with the purchasing process through the BBS e-commerce platform.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
- Support sales and social media content activities when required.
Requirements:
- Experience in sales, customer service, or building materials is a plus.
- Good communication skills in English and Indonesian.
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused and target-oriented.
- Comfortable using WhatsApp, digital platforms/e-commerce, and Canva.
- Proactive, responsible, and willing to learn and grow with the company.
