Sales Trainer
Kualifikasi :
- Minimum D3 Human Resource, Semua Jurusan
- Memiliki pengalaman minimal 2 tahun sebagai Sales Trainer/ Learning & Development Specialist (diutamakan)
- Menguasai Microsoft Office, online learning & digital learning, TNA
- Memiliki skill yang baik dalam Leadership, Communication, Negotiation
- Berdomisili di Karawang
Jobdesc:
- Membuat dan mengembangkan materi training untuk karyawan
- Memonitoring produktivitas Sales dengan program Sales On Field (Tim Training akan mendampingi Sales di field selama beberapa waktu untuk memastikan Sales siap berjualan)
