Responsibilities
- Handle sales to corporate and individual customers.
- Follow up leads and maintain customer relationships.
- Manage sales inquiries through WhatsApp, Instagram, and other channels.
- Maintain and update sales/customer database.
- Prepare sales reports and monitor sales progress.
- Assist with other sales & marketing activities as needed.
Requirements
- Fresh graduate / final-year student welcome to apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive, responsive, and comfortable with follow-ups.
- Detail-oriented and organized.
- Fast learner and able to work independently.
- Comfortable working with targets.
- Familiar with WhatsApp, Instagram, and Google Workspace.
- Interest in beauty, fashion, or lifestyle is a plus.
