- Responsible for supervising and managing the work of the sales team members, ensuring normal operation and achieving sales targets.
- Help sales to formulate sales plans and goals, control the progress of performance through daily reports, weekly reports and monthly reports, and make strategic adjustments in a timely manner.
- For emergencies, timely consider all aspects of the impact, quickly make judgments and guide sales to respond.
- Responsible for the performance appraisal of the sales team, pay enough attention to the daily feedback and suggestions of sales and follow up and reply in time to ensure the smooth implementation of daily work.
- Train the sales backbone to ensure the talent pool within the team.
- Standardized management of daily behavior, handling of special needs and issues, etc..
- Bachelor degree or above, administrative management, monetary value and related majors
- 2 years or more of experience in foreign exchange brokers, Internet, finance, and e-commerce sales supervisors
- Have a strong sense of responsibility and initiative, and have a good learning ability;
- Outgoing personality, good professional ethics, good at communication and coordination, and a good sense of teamwork;
- Full of enthusiasm, aggressiveness, perseverance, and a strong sense of innovation
- Preferrably those with TLUP certificate
