Job description for Sales Talent Search at PT Bahtera Pesat Lintasbuana
Responsibilities:
- Conduct active sourcing for sales candidates through various channels, including job portals, Linkedin, Internal Database and Referrals
- Screen CV and profiles to assess suitability against defined sales role criteria
- Condduct initial and competency based interviews for sales candidate
- Evaluate candidate sales-related competencies, motiation and communication skills
- Ensure timely progress or sourcing and interview activities according to recruitment targets
- Maintain accurate and up to date records of candidate data and inteview results
- Support the recruitment team by providing qualified candidate shortlists
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in any major
- Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment, talenbt sourcing, or talent acquisition
- Strong understanding of sales characteristics
- Experience in CV screening and conducting structured or competency - based interviews
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage mutiple candidate and priorities effectively
- Detail oriented, organized and proactive
