Job description for Sales Talent Search at PT. Dutagriya Sarana
Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct active sourcing for sales candidates through various channels, including job portals, Linkedin, internal databases, and referrals.
- Screen CV and profiles to assess suitability against defined sales role criteria.
- Conduct initial and competency-based interviews for sales candidates.
- Evaluate candidates' sales-related competencies, motivation, and communication skills.
- Ensure timely progress of sourcing and interview activities according to recruitment targets.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate data and interview results.
- Support the recruitment team by providing qualified candidate shortlists.
Job Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in any major.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment, talent sourcing, or talent acquisition;
- experience handling sales profiles is preferred.
- Strong understanding of sates characteristics (target-driven, communication, persuasion).
