1. Accurately input and process sales orders into the system

2. Prepare quotations, invoices, and other sales-related documents

3. Familiar with ERP systems such as Accurate, Odoo, or similar platforms

4. Follow up with customers on order status and handle minor complaints

5. Support the sales team in preparing sales reports

6. Ensure all sales data and documents are properly organized and stored

7. Assist with events or exhibitions when required

8. Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams regarding stock and delivery schedules
