SALES SUPPORT / TRANSLATOR (MANDARIN SPEAKING)

Job Description :

As a translator for Mandarin and Indonesian

Willing to travel for business trip

Acting as a first point of contact: dealing with office staffs and external parties

Managing calendar and organizing appointments / meetings / events, booking and arranging travel including transport and itineraries

Preparing and compiling reports, presentations and correspondence

Managing databases and filing systems

Handle sensitive matters with a high level of confidentiality and discretion

Carry out additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements :

Capable of communicating both vocally and in writing in Mandarin and English.
