Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Support Staff located in Jakarta, Indonesia. The Sales Support Staff will be responsible for providing excellent customer support, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and assisting customers with their inquiries and needs. Additional duties include managing communication channels, supporting the sales team with administrative tasks, handling customer service requests, and maintaining detailed records of customer interactions.

- Excellent organizational and administrative skills
- Ability to work effectively within a team and independently
- Proficiency in relevant computer applications and CRM software
- Prior experience in heavy machinery industry (alat berat) is a plus
- Associate Degree (D3) or higher.
