Job Description:
- Handle client/vendor registration (forms, PKS) & maintain data accuracy
- Prepare quotations & support Managers
- Manage order administration (order creation, driver registration, surat jalan)
- Support end-to-end sales process & coordination
- Channel new leads to Managers
- Contribute to revenue generation with targeted margin
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree (min. GPA 3.50) from a reputable local or overseas university
- Proficient in Mandarin (spoken & written) is mandatory
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Experience in administration and high-volume office work may be advantageous
- Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills
- Excellent team working, motivational, interpersonal, communication, and customer service skill
- An understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
