Job description
The Role
As Sales Support Intern you are a key part of our growth engine and a key member of our Sales team - you are the one keeping the engine running at a high pace. This role will teach you how to work in a complex B2B sales environment and learn about the fast growing online gifting industry.
Main Tasks
- Assist Sales Team in administrative matters (completion of forms & compilation of docs)
- Providing troubleshooting assistance for merchant partners
- Liaising with account managers with merchant onboarding/corporate partner onboarding
- Data entry of sales leads, sales tracking documentation into internal systems
Requirements
- Good verbal and written communication skills and a positive attitude
- Highly diligent and detail oriented executer - a doer
- Independently-minded high paced performer
- Curious and always ready to learn from your experienced managers
- Great Mircosoft Excel skills
Bonus requirements:
- Any sales support experience, especially for e-commerce / internet platforms
- Fluent speaker of several local languages
- Successful sports credentials
- Digital marketing savviness and skill in any CRM systems
