Job description
- Process new develop order and create quotation and worksheet.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs, offer solutions, and provide necessary support throughout the sales process.
- Responsible for achieving individual/team targets set by the company.
- Planning & control delivery cargo (pointed vendor to be used)
- Handling Import/Export matter including prepare customer documents according to freight delivery needs if needed.
- Ensure the completeness of import/export documents and compliance with applicable regulations.
- Track and update the status of orders until shipment is complete.
- Coordinate with the operations team and third parties for shipment processes and customs clearance.
- Follow up on customer payments and ensure timely payment.
- Process new or extention of bidding (tender)
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree, preferable majoring business of administration or communications.
- Experienced in supporting export-import sales.
- Strong communication in English
- Familiar with all Ms. Office
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and negotiation to interact effectively with clients and internal teams.
- Fast learner, good teamwork, open minded and having the mindset of continuous grow.
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail for managing
data and coordinating multiple tasks efficient
