We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, and customer-focused Sales Support Executive to support our sales and merchant acquisition team. You will work closely with the Area Sales Managers to ensure smooth onboarding of resellers and merchants, provide product training, coordinate merchant installation, and deliver excellent after-sales support.
Responsibilities :
- Provide administrative and operational support to Area Sales Managers.
- Prepare sales documents, contracts, and merchant onboarding materials.
- Coordinate merchant onboarding and ensure complete documentation.
- Deliver product and system training for resellers and merchants.
- Assist with payment solution installation, setup, and basic troubleshooting.
- Handle merchant inquiries and provide after-sales support.
- Coordinate with Technical Support to resolve operational issues.
- Maintain records of merchant activities, training, and support cases.
- Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Technical Support, and Customer Service teams.
- Prepare reports on onboarding, installations, and support performance.
Qualifications :
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Sales Support, Customer Service, Merchant Support, Operations or related role.
- Strong comunication, interpersonal skill and able to manage multiple task in a fast-paced environment.
- English speaking ability is a must, Mandarin a plus.
- Customer-oriented with good problem-solving abilities and quick thinking.
Preferred Qualifications :
• Experience in the fintech, payment, banking, POS, or digital services industry.
• Experience in merchant onboarding, POS device installation, or reseller support.
• Familiarity with merchant acquiring processes and digital payment products.
• Ability to deliver product demonstrations and user training confidently.
• Basic technical knowledge of POS terminals, payment systems, or QR payment solutions is an advantage.
