Job Description

Lead and manage the sales team
Find new leads and business opportunities
Follow up with potential and existing clients
Build and maintain good customer relationships
Create and execute sales & marketing activities
Achieve sales targets and company goals
Prepare sales reports and market updates

Requirements

Willing to be placed on our client’s company, Indobot Teknologi Nusantara in Cikarang
Bachelor’s degree in related field
4–5 years experience in sales/business development
Experience in B2B sales, preferably in the technology industry
Good leadership and communication skills
Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities
Target-oriented and proactive
