Sales Supervisor Qualifications
We are looking for an experienced Sales Supervisor with the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree (S1) in any field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a senior sales or sales supervisory role.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building long-term customer relationships.
- Possessing a personal customer network and established industry connections is a strong advantage.
- Experience in the Professional Audio (Pro Audio) industry is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with professional audio brands such as TOPP PRO, Roxtone, Ashley, Pioneer, Shure, Yamaha, JBL, or other leading professional audio brands is a strong advantage.
- Basic knowledge of professional audio systems, sound equipment, signal flow, and audio solutions is preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Results-driven, proactive, and able to identify new business opportunities.
- Eager to learn, adaptable, and demonstrates a strong growth mindset.
- Able to work independently while leading and motivating a sales team.
