Sales Supervisor (Placement : Jakarta)
About the Role
Onix is looking for an experienced and target-oriented Sales Supervisor to lead sales activities and support business growth in the Jakarta area.
This role will focus on mobile/field sales, developing new business opportunities, maintaining strong customer relationships, and leading the sales team to achieve company targets.
Job Description :
1. Lead, supervise, and monitor the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets
2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
3. Conduct customer visits, meetings, and sales activities in the Jakarta area
4. Identify and develop new business opportunities and potential customers
5. Conduct product/service presentations and negotiate with clients
6. Follow up sales leads and manage the sales process until closing
7. Monitor sales performance and provide guidance and support to the sales team
8. Develop and implement sales strategies and activities to achieve business targets
9. Monitor market conditions and identify potential sales opportunities
10. Prepare regular sales activity, customer, and performance reports
11. Coordinate with internal teams regarding customer needs, sales activities, and business opportunities
12. Build strong customer relationships and maintain excellent customer service
13. Support business growth and contribute to achieving the company's sales objectives
Requirements :
- Male/Female
- Minimum D3/S1 graduate; relevant fields are preferred
- Minimum 3 years of solid experience in Sales, Business Development, or related fields
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and developing new customers
- Previous experience as Sales Supervisor, Sales Team Leader, Senior Sales, or similar position is highly preferred
- Strong sales, negotiation, communication, and customer relationship management skills
- Experienced in mobile/field sales, customer visits, and business development activities
- Strong ability to identify new business opportunities and convert prospects into customers
- Able to lead, motivate, and monitor sales team performance
- Highly target-oriented, proactive, confident, and results-driven
- Professional appearance and excellent interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently and effectively as part of a team
- Familiar with Microsoft Office and communication tools
- Willing to work mobile and conduct client visits in Jakarta and surrounding areas
- Having a valid SIM A/SIM C is a plus
