Job description for Sales Supervisor at Nature Lab Global
Key Responsibilities
1. Mengelola tim sales harian / Manage daily sales team operations
2. Memimpin dan membina tim sales untuk mencapai target penjualan harian, mingguan, dan bulanan / Lead and coach the sales team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
3. Monitoring performa tim / Monitor team performance
4. Menganalisis kinerja penjualan, membuat laporan, dan memberikan feedback kepada tim / Analyze sales performance, prepare reports, and provide feedback to team members.
5. Membantu pengembangan strategi penjualan / Assist in sales strategy development
6. Memberikan masukan strategis berdasarkan tren pasar dan kompetitor / Provide strategic input based on market trends and competitor analysis.
7. Menjaga hubungan baik dengan pelanggan dan menangani eskalasi masalah / Maintain good relationships with customers and handle escalated issues.
8. Pelatihan dan pengembangan tim / Team training & development
9. Melakukan training dasar dan pelatihan berkelanjutan untuk meningkatkan skill tim / Conduct basic and ongoing training to improve team skills.

Qualifications
1. Pengalaman min. 2–3 tahun di bidang penjualan / Min. 2–3 years experience in sales
2. Pengalaman memimpin tim / Proven team leadership experience
3. Komunikatif, inisiatif tinggi, mampu bekerja dengan target
4. Communicative, high initiative, and result-oriented
5. Pendidikan minimal D3/S1 / Minimum diploma or bachelor degree
6. Lebih disukai ex company herbal
