# Deskripsi Pekerjaan

  • Merekrut dan mengelola tim sales lapangan di berbagai wilayah Indonesia.
  • Memastikan tim mencapai target akuisisi mitra sesuai ketentuan perusahaan.
  • Melakukan monitoring, evaluasi, dan pelaporan kinerja sales secara berkala secara remote.
  • Memberikan arahan, pelatihan, dan pendampingan kepada tim sales dalam aktivitas canvasing dan akuisisi mitra.
  • Menjalin koordinasi aktif dengan tim internal dan sales di berbagai daerah untuk mendukung pencapaian target.

# Kualifikasi

  • Memiliki pengalaman di bidang sales, marketing, atau memimpin tim lapangan.
  • Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi, leadership, dan problem solving yang baik.
  • Terbiasa bekerja dengan target dan sistem kerja remote.
