Kualifikasi:

Pengalaman Min. 3 Tahun di industri Freight Forwarding (min. 1 tahun sebagai Supervisor/Lead Sales).
Memiliki database & jaringan aktif shipper / exporter-importer serta shipping lines/airlines.
Memahami mendalam proses Ekspor-Impor, pabean (customs clearance), Incoterms, kalkulasi margin, dan pricing strategy.
Memiliki kemampuan leadership, analisis sales pipeline, dan negosiasi tingkat tinggi.
Fasih Bahasa Inggris bisnis (lisan & tulisan).
