Job description for Sales Supervisor FMCG - Batam at PT Sinde Budi Sentosa
Deskripsi Pekerjaan:
Melakukan monitoring data Selling In - Selling Out sub distributor dan agen-agen, membuat laporan penjualan bulanan, EC, AV, OA di masing-masing area penjualan yang ditetapkan. Memastikan display produk sesuai dengan seharusnya, Membuat perencanaan bulanan serta pengajuan promo toko / subdist untuk meningkatkan penjualan. Monitoring dan bekerja sama dengan tim sales subdistributor. Menjaga hubungan dengan semua mitra kerja dengan baik.
Kualifikasi:
1. Maks. 35 tahun, dengan pendidikan min. Diploma
2. Pengalaman min. 2 tahun di posisi yg sama, diutamakan dari industry FMCG / Farmasi
3. Terbiasa dengan pengolahan data Selling-in dan Selling-out, EC, AV, OA
4. Fasih menggunakan aplikasi Microsoft Excel, membuat dan menggunakan aplikasi untuk presentasi
5. Berpengalaman dalam Sales Distribusi untuk GT & MT, terutama untuk wilayah Kepulauan Riau
6. Penempatan kerja: Batam
7. Diutamakan bagi kandidat yang berdomisili di Batam, Kepulauan Riau
