Job description for Sales Store (Semarang) at PT Bababoo Home Indonesia
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers warmly, provide product information, and assist with purchases.
- Promote and sell ChakoLab products to meet sales targets.
- Educate customers about product features and benefits.
- Assist in store operations, including stock monitoring, product arrangement, and sales recording.
- Contribute to monthly KPI achievements and in-store marketing strategies.
- Participate in promotional events, live shopping, or brand campaigns as needed.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and store operational procedures.
Key Requirements:
- Prior experience in retail, sales, or the service industry is preferred.
- Strong communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; English is a plus (especially in tourist areas).
- Customer-oriented mindset with the ability to provide an excellent shopping experience.
- Achieve sales targets.
- Good negotiation and persuasion skills.

- Well-groomed, energetic, and confident when interacting with customers.
- Detail-oriented, polite, disciplined, and able to work independently or in a team.
- Based in Semarang and willing to work onsite.
