To support our continued growth, we are currently looking for a passionate and result-driven Aftermarket Sales Staff who is eager to contribute to our business development and help us achieve our company goals.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Maintain strong relationships with aftermarket distributors.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance vs. targets.
- Ensure timely product delivery and inventory availability.
- Plan and control aftermarket sales & marketing campaigns.
- Track competitor activities and support sales strategy planning.
- Identify sales opportunities and address operational issues.
- Manage stock levels, purchase orders (PO), and backorders (BO)
- Create accurate sell-out forecasts.
- Handle distributor product claims efficiently.
QUALIFICATION
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Management, Business, Economics, or Industrial Engineering
- 1–2 years of experience in sales, preferably within the aftermarket sector
- Prior experience in retail sales management and/or the automotive industry is an advantage
- Willingness to travel for business purposes
- Proficient in English, both written and verbal communication
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret and utilize data effectively (a plus)
- Excellent presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal communication skills
