Job description for Sales Staff at PT ISTA Indonesia
Main Responsibilities
1. Achieve sales targets by acquiring new customers and developing business opportunities with both individual and corporate clients.
2. Promote and sell restaurant services, including catering, meeting packages, gatherings, birthday parties, and other event services.
3. Build and maintain strong customer relationships to enhance client satisfaction, loyalty, and repeat business.
4. Conduct sales calls, prepare proposals, negotiate pricing in accordance with company policies, and follow up until deals are successfully closed.
5. Coordinate with the operations team to ensure customer requirements are delivered effectively.
6. Maintain and update the customer database, prepare regular sales reports, and monitor market trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities.
7. Support company promotions, exhibitions, and other marketing events.
Qualifications
1. Minimum Senior High School (SMA/SMK); a Diploma (D3) in Marketing, Hospitality, Tourism, Management, or a related field is an advantage.
2. Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, hospitality, restaurant, or food & beverage industries is preferred.
3. Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and customer relationship management skills.
4. Proficient in Microsoft Office and sales administration applications.
5. Possession of a valid Class A or C driver's license and a private vehicle is an advantage.
6. Willing to travel for customer visits and work in a mobile environment.
