Role Description:
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Staff role based at 14DAYPILOT Flight Academy in Kelapa Gading. The Sales Staff is responsible for engaging prospective students and clients, explaining academy programs and services, and guiding them through the enrollment process. Everyday tasks include responding to inquiries via phone, email, and in person, conducting consultations, presenting program details and pricing, and following up with leads to ensure a smooth decision-making journey. The role also involves maintaining accurate records in the sales system or CRM, coordinating with operations and training teams to align expectations, and supporting promotional events or open days at the academy. The Sales Staff is expected to meet individual and team sales targets while providing a professional, customer-focused experience aligned with the academy’s standards.
Qualifications:
- Strong sales and customer service skills, with the ability to build rapport, identify needs, and close enrollments.
- Excellent communication skills in spoken and written English and Indonesian, including clear presentation and active listening.
- Competence with basic office software and CRM or sales tracking tools, and ability to manage leads and follow-up activities systematically.
- Solid organizational and time management skills to handle multiple inquiries, appointments, and follow-ups efficiently.
- Professional appearance and demeanor suitable for an aviation training environment, with attention to detail in documentation and processes.
- Ability to work on-site in Kelapa Gading, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and adapt to a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Previous experience in sales, education services, aviation, or hospitality is an advantage.
- Minimum of a high school diploma; a diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field is preferred.
