Job Overview
Responsible for prospecting and following up with leads, preparing and sending proposals, and providing excellent client care throughout the sales process.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact and follow up with leads generated from the company’s website database and landing pages.
- Record leads and regularly update lead information and status.
- Conduct meetings and consultations with prospective clients to understand their needs and provide relevant information.
- Prepare and send proposals to prospective and existing clients.
- Provide responsive and professional client care throughout the sales process.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, follow-ups, and sales activities.
Required Skills
- Sales prospecting skills in English with the ability to communicate information clearly and persuasively.
- Basic Excel and data entry skills with a high level of accuracy.
- Strong communication and explanation skills, with the ability to address client concerns and provide appropriate solutions.
- Good product knowledge and basic professional email communication skills.
- Active English communication skills, particularly in speaking.
- Customer service mindset and the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
