Sales Specialist (Intern to Full Time)
Flokq started with an idea to make people feel at home in a city with overwhelming opportunities, ever-reducing space, and increasing isolation. We began our journey with a three-pronged approach - affordable and convenient housing, the ability to connect with like-minded people and fixing a city’s housing problems.
As a young start up in the prop-tech space, we’ve grown many folds over the last few months and achieved significant milestones. We also raised funding from prominent angels and other strategic investors! All thanks to a small, closely knit team who strives to be better, roll up their sleeves to solve this large problem everyday.
Role
We are looking for someone who is street-smart with a savvy sales attitude. Our service offerings disrupt how business is done in a multi billion dollar real estate industry plagued with little tech innovation, and due to which Flokq receives several hundred inquiries daily.
The role involves managing customer interactions to sell virtually / set up in-person viewings for our sales teams. You will be working closely with founders and other team members to achieve targets in a fast paced environment. The role also involves developing best practices in planning and executing an ambitious sales strategy.
The ideal candidate for this role must be
- Entrepreneurial
- Fresh graduate of any bachelor degree. (final year student with no enrolled classes are welcome to apply for a minimum 6 months contract)
- Proficient, native level fluency in English and Bahasa
- High energy, cheerful personality, passionate and result oriented
- The hunger and curiosity to learn new things
- No job is too small attitude
- Passionate to pursue a career in sales and hospitality
- Strong logical and analytical thought process
- Belief and alignment with Flokq vision
- Able to work from office
- Based in the Jakarta area
- Prior experience in sales related activity is a plus!
