Job description for Sales Specialist at PT AJL Logistik Indonesia
Key Responsibilities :
- Identify and contact potential customers
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients
- Maintain good relationships with customers to enhance retention
- Achieve the assigned sales targets
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales strategies
- Input and analyze customer data in CRM
Qualifications :
- Minimum D3/Bachelor's degree (Marketing, Management, Business, or related fields preferred)
- Fresh graduates are welcome, but 1-2 years of sales experience is preferred
- Target-oriented & able to work in a dynamic environment
- Strong communication & negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
