Job Description:
- Hunting & acquiring new B2B customers.
- Maintain & develop existing customers.
- Set and achieve monthly/annual sales targets.
- Handle quotation, negotiation, and closing.
- Coordinate with Operations team regarding customer requirements and unit availability.
- Monitor sales pipeline and market opportunities.
Requirements:
- Max. 38 years old.
- Min. 3 years experience as Sales/Sales Specialist in Logistics, Trucking, Transportation, or Freight Forwarding.
- Strong hunter mindset with proven new customer acquisition experience.
- Have a relevant customer/network database is a plus.
- Experienced in B2B sales, negotiation, and closing.
- Target-oriented, proactive, and strong communication skills.
- Willing to do canvassing/meeting with customers.
