As a Sales Specialist - IT Product, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by identifying customer needs and providing tailored solutions from our range of IT products. Your role includes building strong client relationships, understanding the product portfolio deeply, and delivering excellent customer service. You will develop and execute sales strategies, conduct product presentations, and work closely with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets. Additionally, you will gather market insights, monitor competitor activities, and provide feedback to improve product offerings.

The ideal candidate is passionate about IT product, has strong communication skills, and thrives in a dynamic, target-driven environment. This role requires frequent collaboration with internal teams and occasional travel to engage with clients.

Qualifications

  • Minimum education Diploma in related field.
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in IT product, with at least 2 years of experience being an advantage.
  • Experience in government procurement is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders.
  • Target-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
  • Customer-focused mindset with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
  • Willingness to travel for client visits and promotional events.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
