SYB acts as the payment gateway to facilitate online payment at Collecting Agents (such as Banks) and the collections can be updated at Billers’ database. Currently, there are 65 Collecting Agents (both banking and non banking) and 44 Billers and Service Providers Companies in our SYB Payment Gateway.
SYB is the first company to start online electricity bill payment in Indonesia via Bank in the year 2000 and we are also the first company to incorporate and convert offline payment points to online and establishing the first online agent payment network in Indonesia.
