Position: Sales Representative
Job Description:
Identify and develop new business opportunities (prospecting & canvassing)
Maintain strong relationships with existing customers
Present and promote products/services to clients
Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs
Prepare and deliver quotations to customers
Negotiate terms and close sales deals
Monitor order process from placement to delivery
Gather market and competitor insights
Prepare regular sales reports (daily/weekly/monthly)
Coordinate with internal teams (warehouse, admin, finance, etc.)
Requirements:
Minimum education: High School Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree (preferred)
Proven experience in sales (1–2 years preferred; fresh graduates are welcome)
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Target-driven and able to work under pressure
Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills
Willing to travel and meet clients (field work)
Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel & Word)
Own vehicle and valid driver’s license (preferred)
Able to work independently and in a team
Proficiency in English is an advantage
