About the Role
Our Mission
At Glints, we are building The #1 full stack tech-enabled career development and human resource ecosystem in Greater Southeast Asia. Our product offering spans across early career discovery, continuous skills development, and tech enabled local and cross border recruitment.
We are looking for a driven individual who is interested in applying their passion in a fast-paced, startup environment as our Sales Development Representatives.

Your Day-to-Day Tasks
  • Source prospective companies utilizing various methods including social media channels, networking, direct sourcing, etc.
  • Cold-calling and emailing companies to introduce Glints services and arrange meetings.
  • Follow and support business development team meetings.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 1-year experience in Sales
  • Good communication skill
  • Quick learner and comfortable with talking to people
  • Relentless & resourceful in surfacing potential candidates
  • Thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, and changing environment
  • Excellent communicator and listener
  • Responds well to feedback. No egos here!
