ASAP Digital Apps is a digital platform that connects customers with local businesses through convenient online services.
We are looking for a motivated and target-oriented Sales Representative to join our team in Sumbawa. In this role, you will be responsible for acquiring new merchant partners, building relationships with local businesses, and helping expand ASAP's presence in the area.
Job Description
- Identify and approach potential merchant partners, including restaurants, cafés, food stalls, and other local businesses.
- Introduce ASAP Digital Apps and explain the benefits of joining the platform.
- Recruit and onboard new merchants to the platform.
- Find, approach, and recruit drivers to join ASAP.
- Assist merchants and drivers with the registration and onboarding process.
- Build and maintain good relationships with merchants and drivers.
- Achieve monthly targets for merchant acquisition and driver recruitment.
- Conduct regular field visits to potential merchants and drivers in Sumbawa.
- Monitor merchant and driver activity and assist with basic operational issues.
- Prepare daily or weekly reports on sales activities, recruitment progress, and target achievements.
Requirments
- Minimum high school graduate (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable approaching and meeting new people.
- Target-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated.
- Able to work independently and manage daily activities.
- Familiar with the Sumbawa area and its local business environment.
- Previous experience in sales, field marketing, or business development is an advantage.
- Experience in F&B, delivery services, or digital platforms is a plus.
- Willing to work in the field and visit merchants regularly.
