Job description for Sales Representative at Lash Boss
What You'll Be Doing :
- Identify and approach potential salon, barbershop, beauty studio, and other relevant outlets for product placement and consignment partnerships.
- Conduct outlet visits, product presentations, and sales pitches to prospective partners.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with salon/barbershop owners, managers, and purchasing teams.
- Negotiate consignment terms, product placement, pricing, and commercial agreements.
- Monitor product inventory, sell-through, stock movement, and product visibility at each outlet.
- Collect sales reports and provide regular updates on outlet performance.
What We'll Looking For :
- 1-3 years of experience in sales, business development, account management, or field sales, preferably in the beauty, personal care, FMCG, or lifestyle industry.
- Experience working with salons, barbershops, beauty studios, beauty retailers, or similar channels is a strong advantage.
- Comfortable with field sales and frequent outlet visits.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Target-driven, proactive, and comfortable working independently.
