PT. BPR Sari Sedana was established in 1969 under the name Bank Pasar Sari Sedana. In 1998, the Company changed its name to PT. BPR Sari Sedana and has since undergone several amendments to its Articles of Association.
The latest amendment, concerning changes in the Company’s management, is set out in Deed No. 52 dated March 15, 2025, drawn up by Notary I Made Mertajaya, S.H., and approved by the Directorate General of Legal Administration of the Ministry of Law and Human Rights of the Republic of Indonesia under No. AHU-AH.01.09.0148753 dated March 18, 2025.
