Placement: Gresik, East Java
Key Responsibilities
- Develop new business opportunities and expand existing customer accounts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through regular engagement.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products and solutions
- Identify business opportunities and develop strategic sales plans.
- Analyze customer industries, market trends, and competitor activities.
- Collaborate with Technical, R&D, and Operations teams to support customer projects.
- Manage the sales pipeline and ensure timely follow-up from inquiry to project completion.
- Prepare quotations, business proposals, sales forecasts, and customer reports.
- Achieve individual sales targets while contributing to overall business growth.
- Represent the company professionally during customer visits, meetings, and business events.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- Welcome for Fresh Graduate with passion, proactive, and eager to learn about Sales & Business Development
- Experience in Consumers goods and Manufacturing industries is an advantage.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical thinking with the ability to identify customer needs and business opportunities.
- Confident in conducting customer meetings and delivering business presentations.
- Highly motivated, proactive, and results oriented.
- Able to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Willing to travel for customer visits
