Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Sales Representative or Telesales in the education technology (edutech) industry.
- In-depth knowledge of the courses offered by the startup, including data analyst, software testing, and graphic design.
- Ability to articulate the value proposition and benefits of each course to potential customers.
- Ability to effectively communicate complex concepts in a clear and understandable manner.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Comfortable using various communication and CRM tools.
- Customer-centric approach with a focus on understanding customer needs and providing appropriate solutions.
- Willingness to learn and stay updated on industry trends.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound sales calls to potential customers.
