Job description for Sales Representative at Kinoa Cafe
The Sales Representative is responsible for generating revenue and expanding the company's customer base by promoting and selling the company's products, services and business solutions within the Food & Beverage industry. This position focuses on identifying new business opportunities, developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential clients, managing sales activities and achieving assigned sales targets.
The Sales Representative is also responsible for representing the company professionally, understanding customer needs, identifying market trends and creating opportunities to increase brand awareness, customer engagement and overall business growth.
Key Responsibilities :
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to increase company revenue.
- Actively approach potential customers, corporate clients, hotels, restaurants, cafés, event organizers and other business partners.
- Explore opportunities for new market penetration and business expansion.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the company's products, menus, services, pricing and promotions.
- Conduct product presentations, tastings and promotional activities when required.
- Communicate new product launches, seasonal menus, special packages and promotional campaigns.
- Handling walk in guest inquiry for cake.
- Sales call for new line of Coral's Coffee Cart.
- Sales call & handling other group new lines for banquet or event.
- Monitor sales performance and follow up on outstanding payments when required.
- Communicate customer requirements and special requests to the relevant departments.
- Ensure that all client commitments and service agreements are properly communicated and fulfilled.
- Support corporate events, catering activities, promotional events and other business-related activities when required.
