Persyaratan Umum

Pria / Wanita, usia 20–28 tahun.
Pendidikan minimal SMA/SMK sederajat.
Berpenampilan menarik, rapi, dan bersih.
Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi yang baik dan percaya diri.
Ramah, aktif, serta memiliki jiwa sales yang tinggi.
Bersedia ditempatkan sesuai lokasi yang ditentukan.

Pengalaman

Memiliki pengalaman sebagai SPG/SPB, Sales Promotion, Brand Ambassador, atau Retail Staff minimal 1 tahun.
Diutamakan memiliki pengalaman di industri vape, FMCG, kosmetik, gadget, atau lifestyle.
Mampu melakukan product offering, edukasi produk, dan closing penjualan.

Keterampilan

Memiliki kemampuan menjual (selling skill) dan upselling.
Mampu membangun hubungan baik dengan customer dan staf toko.
Mampu mencapai target penjualan harian maupun bulanan.
Terbiasa membuat laporan penjualan harian menggunakan Google Form atau Excel.
