We're looking for a motivated Sales Representative to help expand our program by connecting with SMEs and FnB businesses across Semarang, Indonesia.
Position: Part-Time Sales Representative Semarang
What You'll Do:
As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging businesses that are a good fit for our program.
Your responsibilities include:
- Prospect and approach business owners, SMEs, and companies that match our target industry (highly targeted FnB).
- Introduce the Data Capture Program and generate qualified business leads.
- Schedule meetings between interested businesses and the W3GG team for program presentations.
- Assist newly onboarded businesses with basic device setup and usage when required.
- Act as the primary point of contact between recruited businesses and the W3GG team.
- Conduct occasional follow-ups to ensure businesses remain active and engaged in the program.
- Maintain accurate records of your outreach and onboarding progress.
- Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales, Business Development, Field Sales, Account Management, or a similar customer-facing role especially in FnB chains.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable approaching and engaging business owners.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Target-driven with a proactive attitude.
- Familiarity with SMEs or local business environments is an advantage.
