Job Summary:
We are looking for a Sales Representative (Retail Consignment & Wholesale) to grow and manage the company's premium retail network across Bali. You will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with existing retail partners, securing high quality new accounts, and driving sales through effective in-store activation.
This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, commercially minded, and understands the premium retail, wellness, FMCG, or HORECA landscape in Bali.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain good relationships with premium retail stores across Bali.
- Visit stores regularly to check stock, sales, product display, and customer needs.
- Follow up on orders, payments, returns, and stock levels with existing stores.
- Find and approach new premium retail partners such as cafés, hotels, spas, wellness studios, and organic stores.
- Present the products, negotiate terms, and close new business opportunities.
- Make sure products are displayed well and work with stores on promotions, tastings, and product education.
- Manage wholesale orders and ensure customers follow the agreed sales and pricing terms.
- Record all store visits, orders, sales, and follow-up actions accurately in Google Sheets or CRM.
- Support offline sales activities, including WhatsApp orders, walk-in sales, and market events.
- Build long term partnerships and identify opportunities to increase sales across existing and new accounts.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales, retail sales, field sales, key account management, FMCG distribution, or HORECA sales.
- Good English communication skills.
- Highly organized, with strong skills in route planning, appointment scheduling, and time management.
- Strong computer skills, including Google Workspace, Google Sheets, and CRM systems.
- Good understanding of the premium retail market and the ability to identify suitable venues for a high end brand.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to close deals and manage client relationships professionally.
- Comfortable using AI tools to improve outreach, follow-ups, reporting, and daily work.
- Must have a motorbike and valid SIM C.
