Placement: Balikpapan
Job Description:
- Manage all aspects of the sales process, from lead generation to after-sales customer management
- Conduct market surveys and look after potential B2B consumers.
- Create proposal and present it to client
- Resolve client complaints
- Follow up agreement, Purchase Order, and support necessary documents to client’s
- Maintain relationships with customers
- Manage sales activity records and compile sales reports
- Have a strong Point of Sales (Communication, Negotiation and Focus on Target)
What You Need:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Technology, or a related field
- Minimum of 1-3 years of channel/B2B sales experience
- Knowledge of the software domain will be beneficial (SaaS, Access Management Software, Human Capital Management Software)
- Passion for technology and understanding of IT concepts
- Good command of English, both spoken and written
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation skills
- Sound and clear product knowledge.
