Job Description
- Develop and expand B2B sales channels by acquiring new distributors and project-based clients.
- Identify and build relationships with hotels, restaurants, cafes, schools, government institutions, offices, interior designers, and other commercial customers.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting, quotation, negotiation, contract signing, order follow-up, delivery coordination, to payment collection.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and distributors to generate repeat business and referrals.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and business correspondence in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Communicate effectively with Chinese management in English for daily business discussions and reporting.
- Conduct market research to identify business opportunities, monitor competitors, and improve channel development strategies.
- Submit regular sales reports, project updates, and achieve assigned sales targets.
- Travel for client meetings and business development activities when required.
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Business English, or related fields.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in B2B Sales, Project Sales, Channel Sales, or Business Development. Fresh graduates with strong potential are welcome to apply.
- Experience in the furniture industry is an advantage, but candidates from building materials, interior design, commercial decoration, or related industries are also encouraged to apply.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written) to communicate with international management and prepare business documents.
- Able to prepare quotations, negotiate with clients, and manage multiple sales projects.
- Existing networks in hotels, restaurants, schools, government institutions, interior design firms, or furniture distributors will be an advantage.
- Target-oriented, proactive, willing to travel, and able to work independently.
