We are hiring hospitality professionals for our clients to be based in Puncak, Bogor, west Java, Indonesia
We are looking for passionate people to fill in roles:
1. Sales Associates
Sales associates require strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills to drive sales, manage inventory, and operate POS systems. Key requirements include a high school diploma (or equivalent), the ability to work flexible schedules, and product knowledge. Physical stamina for standing and multitasking in fast-paced retail environments is also essential.
Core Requirements for a Sales Associate:
Experience & Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is commonly required. Previous retail or customer service experience is often preferred.
Essential Skills:
Communication: Excellent verbal communication to assist customers, explain product benefits, and close sales.
Customer Service: Ability to provide a positive shopping experience, handle objections, and build rapport.
Technical Ability: Proficiency in operating POS (Point of Sale) systems, cash registers, and inventory software.
Product Knowledge: Understanding the features and benefits of products.
Math Skills: Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and balancing registers.
Key Attributes:
Flexibility: Willingness to work weekends, evenings, and holidays.
Adaptability: Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing environments or product lines.
Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods and move merchandise.
Key Responsibilities:
Greeting and assisting customers, processing sales, handling returns, maintaining store cleanliness, and restocking inventory
Able to speak Indonesian, english, and basic Arabic (advantages points)
