Sales Promotion Staff – Padel Studio
Job Description:
- Welcome and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Promote and explain padel court, racket rental, and other available services.
- Assist customers in selecting suitable rental packages based on their needs.
- Handle rental bookings, payments, and transactions accurately.
- Promote ongoing promotions, packages, and additional products/services.
- Build good relationships with customers and provide excellent customer service.
- Support promotional activities, events, and marketing campaigns.
- Ensure the rental area and equipment are clean, organized, and ready for use.
- Coordinate with the team to ensure smooth daily operations.
Qualifications:
- Minimum SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales Promotion, SPG/SPB, Sales, Customer Service, Front Office, Retail, or a similar customer-facing role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Sales-oriented and comfortable working with targets.
- Friendly, energetic, confident, and customer-oriented.
- Comfortable approaching customers and explaining products/services.
- Passion or interest in sports, fitness, or lifestyle is an advantage.
- Able to work on weekends and public holidays according to the operational schedule.
- Based in Denpasar or nearby areas.
